These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking with Feast Catered Events, LLC you agree to the following:

1. Services

We provide catering for private and corporate events. All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of deposit.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

  • Final guest count and menu selections are due [insert timeline].

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate event details and access to the venue.

  • You are responsible for any permits or venue-specific requirements.

  • If the venue or client hired vendors charge a fee to cater for you, the charge is your responsibility and will be billed to you.

 

4. Food Safety

We operate under Florida DBPR guidelines and use licensed kitchens for all food preparation

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Clients must notify us of any dietary restrictions at least 7 days prior to the event. We are not liable for undisclosed allergies.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including menus, images, and branding, is the property of Feast Catered Events and may not be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits or event disruptions beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

REFUND POLICY

Effective September 1, 2025

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while respecting the time and resources required to prepare for your event.

Deposits and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.

  • Final payment is due 7 days, with your final guest count.

  • A change in your count may result in an additional cost.

Cancellation Terms

  • More than 30 days before event: Full refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

  • 15–30 days before event: 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit.

  • Less than 15 days before event: No refunds issued.

Rescheduling

  • We allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Force Majeure

  • If your event is canceled due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund at our discretion

Refund
Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your email].

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
